From the Vail Daily, it looks like the property is being sold by a commercial real estate firm called JLL.

Fire Pit
This is (potentially) a bummer. Beaver Creek is a wonderful place to visit whether ski season or summer, and having a beautiful resort like this one at literally the base of the mountain that you can use Hyatt points for was amazing. Some of my favorite Hyatt redemptions have been at the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek.
We’ll have to wait and see what happens with the sale, but hopefully the property stays either within the Hyatt brand or is picked up by another of the chains, it really is a wonderful place and I’d hate to see it leave the points world!
