Well guess what? I’ve never given anything away, and now is a good time to start.
I’m on the road this week, which means my posting schedule has been a little slowed by Actual Work, but I’ve decided to give something away in the meantime. I’m happy to announce that Andy’s Travel Blog is close to celebrating it’s 100,000th view, so we’ll have another giveaway very soon.
I flew Etihad First Class in June and had a wonderful flight, for which I’ll be posting the trip report early next week. Many of you followed my live Instagram broadcast of the flight, which got rave reviews (by “rave” we’re talking like 3-4 likes). I got a nice amenity kit during the flight, and I’d like to give it to one of my readers!

So here’s how it will work: leave a comment on this post telling me your favorite Andy’s Travel Blog post you’ve read recently, and why. On Friday, August 15 at 7:00pm CDT I’ll choose a winner using Random.org and send them the amenity kit I received from my flight. I’ll use random.org to choose the comment number.

I historically do not receive a lot of comments on the blog, so you all have a pretty solid chance of winning!
Favorite post was the Guide to tea at Burj Al Arab. I hope to be able to do someday. You wrote a good step-by-step guide to make it happen.
My favorite part was the post on the TSA giving out $15,000 because I think it’s the only good the thing the TSA has ever done!

My favorite recent post was about about the one thing you have to pack in your trip. Traveling is hectic for the passengers, crew, airport employees and basically everyone that touches travel. Though things may not always go our way it was a great reminder to have grace and be kind to those you interact with. You never know what is going on with another person and the world doesn’t revolve around us.
I liked the post about the Burj al Arab. It’s fun to hear about luxury experiences.
Favorite post was Lufthansa First Class ORD-FRA.
Helped me decide which LH first class product to choose.
