The American Express Centurion Lounge in Houston is now open!
It’s no secret that I’m a big fan of American Express’s Centurion Lounges (Here are my Dallas and New York LaGuardia Centurion Lounge reviews). I find the level of service and the various amenities to be a cut above even the nicest airline lounges in the USA.
As of today their most recent addition to the lounge network is now open at Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport! Located in Terminal D (the main international terminal for everyone except United), the lounge retains the feel and decor of the rest of the lounges in the network, as you’ll see in the post!
Picture of the Week: Tokyo Tower Sunset
Well, I had a great week in Tokyo. It was a bit exhausting but was nonetheless wonderful. My schedule was so jam-packed that I didn’t have time to get out and photography much, but the last evening of my stay in Tokyo I glanced out the window of my office building and saw absolutely beautiful light over Shiba Park and the Tokyo Tower.

Quick Tutorial about my Favorite Airfare Search Site
I’ve written quite a bit about the various tools I use to find cheap airfares. The one I find myself going back to over and over again is Google Flights. It’s flat out the easiest to use and it searches for fares quicker than even the airlines themselves!
